Disadvantage Business Enterprise Certification Program (DBE)

The U.S Department of Transportation has a Disadvantage Business Enterprise certification program (DBE). This federal program attempts to increase the participation of certified DBEs in projects funded by the U.S Department of Transportation and other federal sectors.
